Al makes his way into the depths of tunnel two before the day crew is even awake. At the end of the tunnel, he listens to the almost total silence as he plans his day. There is a feeling in the air that makes him decide to move a crew in here. At the end of the day, they summon him back to the end of tunnel two. “My God, What’s that? It can’t be what it looks like, can it?” he says, staring at the wall in front of him. “We’re going to need help with this!” Soon the opinionated Lorna arrives to see what all the commotion is all about. With her daughter Eve by her side, they try to figure out what the hell is going on. They try to figure out what’s hidden in the MINES OF MARS?
Robert Sphar
His father was a miner as he grew up. When he got out of the Air Force, he tried mining for a couple years but found it not to his liking and instead got a job as a heavy equipment operator. For the last forty-plus years, that has been his job. During a very cold February, he started to write to preserve his sanity. He was not suited for this after being out of school for over thirty years, but a story was waiting to be told. With the encouragement of his family and friends, he was able to tell the story of what’s hidden in the Mines of Mars.
